Caught embracing/having sex/being intimate on the roof of the beit midrash. They argue against the person who finds them, so they can’t be witnessed against. They are both intimately familiar with each other’s bodies and with the halacha.

| Korban HaEdah on Jerusalem Talmud Sanhedrin 6:3:7:2 They said to him, Rabbi! Keep in mine not to reveal [what you saw], since you are one witness and they will not believe you, and we are two, and could witness against you and they would kill you. Therefore, be silent. | קרבן העדה על תלמוד ירושלמי סנהדרין ו׳:ג׳:ז׳:ב׳ אמרו לו רבי תן דעתך שלא לגלות שאתה עד אחד ולא יאמינו לך ואנחנו שנים נעיד עליך ויהרגוך לכך שתוק: |
